Abstract:
In the past decade India emerged as a major outsourcing hub for the American and European companies, for their various business processes ranging from call centres to internal processes. In the last few years, a new opportunity in the form of low costs and high expertise has beaconed the who's who of the entertainment and media business across the world to source their requirements from India. International marketing research houses, top publishing conglomerates and media companies started outsourcing a range of works and processes to India. The foreigners viewed India as an ideal destination because of the country's technical expertise and low cost factor.
